Enroll in E-sign (DESCRIPTION) Logo: U. S. Bank. (SPEECH) SPEAKER: If you're taking steps to apply for a mortgage assistance program, you may have the option to use our free and easy E-sign service. (DESCRIPTION) A signature appears on a line on an icon of a document. (SPEECH) E-sign is a digital signature that replaces a typical in-person wet signature. This allows you to sign your documents wherever you are using your preferred device, and eliminating the need for mailing and returning physical documents. (DESCRIPTION) Icons represent a tablet, a phone, and a laptop. (SPEECH) E-sign meets the legal requirements of finalizing your agreement, and the efficient online system tells you exactly where to sign to get your documents done right the first time. (DESCRIPTION) Red dots on the document icon indicate signature locations. Signatures appear on the lines, and a green check mark then appears at the top. (SPEECH) Simply log in to U.S. Bank mobile or online banking, navigate to your mortgage account, and request assistance. You'll be asked a series of questions, including the option to enroll in E-sign. It's that easy. If you've already applied for mortgage assistance but did not enroll in E-sign at that time, please call us, and we can assist you in getting signed up. (DESCRIPTION) The phone number 855-698-7627 appears beneath an icon of a mobile phone. (SPEECH) If you're approved for a customer assistance option, we'll send email confirmation of your E-sign eligibility. Then you'll receive email communications when your documents are ready for electronic review and e-signature. Once signed, the documents will automatically be returned to us, and you'll be able to download the final signed documents once your agreement is finalized. (DESCRIPTION) A red download button appears beneath the icon of a bank. (SPEECH) Thank you for putting your trust in us. Visit us online or contact us directly with additional questions.
